JOANNA MAZUMDAR

Married to Abhik, Joanna shares his passion for nature and animals fully and this is an essential part of bond that the couple share. This synergy also allows them to work together in achieving their professional goals of making brilliant aquaria. Joanna is personally motivated in interior design and furniture, and more often than not, her talent in this sphere is very useful, because usually, the integration of aquaria into the space which has its independent design cues, is almost as important as the aquarium itself.

Joanna has a degree in Business Administration. Her role in the company, apart from aquascaping, design and integration of aquaria to sites, also relates to public relations, promotional and administrative activities.

Her primary hobbies are equestrian and dressage. She has bonded with horses since childhood and is now an expert horse rider with a penchant for bare back riding. She is deeply interested in exotic birds and actively participates in the care program for the family’s pets. She also has a penchant for modern art, and, additionally, is immensely gifted in culinary arts and pursues this when free time and opportunity beckons.
